1. General Provisions

The return and refund process on Scopelux is subject to the policy stated by each seller on their store page. This policy defines the general framework of the Platform, while each seller reserves the right to set their own policy according to their product types.


2. Return Period

  • The return period is according to each seller’s stated policy on their store page on the Platform.

  • The seller is required to clearly display their return policy before purchase completion.

  • If no return policy is specified by the seller, the default period of 7 days from the date of product receipt shall apply.

4. Conditions for Return Acceptance

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unwashed, unstained)

  • With all accessories (original packaging, manuals, warranties)

  • Unused with original seal unbroken (for products requiring this)


5. Generally Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following cases (unless the seller states otherwise in their store policy):

7. Return Due to Seller Error

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong product (different from description)

  • Damaged product upon receipt (manufacturing defects)

  • Counterfeit or fake product

In these cases:

  • The seller bears all shipping costs

  • Full amount is refunded (including shipping fees)

  • Customer also has the right to request replacement instead of refund

9. Disputes

If the customer and seller cannot agree on the return:

  • Scopelux support team intervenes to mediate and resolve the dispute amicably.

  • If no resolution is reached, either party may refer the dispute to the competent judicial committees in Riyadh.
