Shipping Delivery

1. General Terms
This policy sets out the shipping and delivery process for orders placed through the Scopelux platform. Shipping is based on the option selected by the vendor (shipping via Scopelux or self-shipping).
2. Shipping Options

3. Processing Time
The vendor must process the order within 1–5 business days from the date they receive the order notification.
Delivery time starts after the vendor has processed the order.
4. Delivery Time (for Shipping via Scopelux)
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after the order is processed.
Remote areas may require additional time (depending on the shipping company’s policy).

5. Shipping Fees

| Free shipping | Some vendors may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value (depending on each vendor’s policy) |
6. Shipment Tracking
After the order has been shipped, You will be provided with a tracking number to track your shipment.
You can track your shipment through:
Your dashboard on the platform
The shipping company’s website directly using the tracking number
7. Receiving Your Order
7.1 Before receiving
Make sure the product is in good condition before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage, you can:
Refuse to accept the product
Take photos of the damage and notify us within 24 hours
7.2 Not receiving
If you can’t receive the order at the scheduled time:
The shipping company will attempt delivery again (usually 3 attempts).
After the attempts fail, the order will be returned to the seller.
In this case, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
8. Responsibility for Damage During Shipping
8.1 General principle
The carrier (shipping company) is primarily responsible for compensation if the product is damaged during transit.
The shipper (Scopelux or the vendor, depending on the contracting party) will open a ticket with the shipping company to claim compensation.
Scopelux bears no financial responsibility for damage caused during transit.
8.2 Poor packaging exception
If it is proven that the damage was caused by poor packaging by the vendor:
The vendor bears full responsibility.
The value of the damaged product will be deducted from the vendor’s dues.
9. Order Delays

| Delay of more than 5 days | The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund |
| Shipment lost | Once confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued |
10. International Shipping
Currently, Scopelux supports shipping within Saudi Arabia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
