How do I track my order?

After completing the purchase, You will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your status via the shipping company link provided in the email, or through your account on the platform.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days after the order is prepared by the seller. You can track your order status through your account for updates.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

You can submit a support request to the merchant via your account page on the website, and if there is no response within 24 hours, the request will be escalated to ScopeLux.

Can I change the shipping address after confirming the order?

If the order has not yet been prepared, please contact us immediately to attempt to modify the address. After the order is prepared or shipped, the address cannot be modified, but it may be changed after you contact the shipping company.

What if I am not home when the shipment arrives?

The shipping company will attempt a second delivery. You can also contact the shipping company directly via the phone number provided in the delivery notification to arrange a suitable time.

Returns Refunds

What is the return period?

7 days from the date of product receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Note: If the merchant has a different return policy on their store page, their policy applies.

Which products are non-returnable?

Cosmetics and perfumes after opening the packaging

Custom-made products (embroidered abayas, etc.)

Watches and jewelry after seals are removed

How long does the refund process take?

5-10 business days after return approval, using the same payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact us immediately at cs@scopelux.com with a photo of the product. We will process it with the seller.
