يمكن للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، سواء في حال وجود عيب بالمنتج أو بدون سبب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع توفر التغليف الأصلي والفاتورة.

حالات الاستبدال والاسترجاع المجاني:
يتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مجانًا في الحالات التالية:
- استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.
- استلام منتج تالف أو يحتوي على عيب مصنعي.
وفي حال كان سبب الاسترجاع لا يتعلق بوجود عيب أو خطأ في الطلب، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن والاسترجاع الفعلية.
سياسة استبدال واسترجاع العود والبخور:
عود الخشب:
- يُسمح بتجربة ما لا يزيد عن 2 جرام فقط.
- يجب أن يكون العود بحالته الأصلية دون كسر أو تعرضه للماء.
- يُحفظ بعيدًا عن أي مؤثرات خارجية قد تؤثر على رائحته أو جودته.
دهن العود:
- يُسمح بتجربة نقطة صغيرة على القماش فقط، وليس على الجلد.
المعمول:
- يُسمح بتجربة العينة فقط.
- في حال فتح العبوة الأساسية، لا يمكن استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه حفاظًا على جودة المنتجات ورضا جميع العملاء.
العطور:
- يجب تجربة العينة المرفقة قبل فتح المنتج الأساسي على قماش أو منديل.
- في حال الرغبة بالاسترجاع، يجب إعادة المنتج مع العينة المرفقة لضمان عدم استخدام العطر الأساسي.
شروط عامة:
- إذا كانت قيمة المنتج المستبدل أعلى من قيمة المنتج المرتجع، يقوم العميل بدفع الفرق، وإذا كانت أقل يتم رد الفرق للعميل.
- يتم استرجاع المبلغ بعد استلام الطلبية وفحصها والتأكد من مطابقتها لشروط الاسترجاع.
- تتم معالجة طلبات استرداد المبالغ خلال مدة تصل إلى 7 أيام عمل.
