First: Information We Collect

Important Note: We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (such as Mada, Visa, Mastercard), and your card information does not reach us.
Information we collect automatically:
Browsing history and products you search for.
IP address, device type, and browser.
Your interaction data with the platform (e.g., favorite products, shopping cart).
Camera data (in-app only): When you grant permission to access the camera, the photos you take (for products or reviews) are processed instantly. We do not store or analyze these photos for any purpose other than the process you requested.
Legal basis for data collection:
Contract performance: When you purchase a product or register as a seller.
Consent: When you subscribe to newsletters or marketing communications, or when you grant camera permission.
Legal obligation: When requested by a government or judicial authority.
Second: How We Use Your Information
For in-app camera use: We request access to your device’s camera for the following purposes only:
Logging in and out of the app: To enable visual verification options or QR code scanning when needed.
Adding product images (for sellers): To enable sellers to take direct photos of products or update their images within their store via the app.
Adding images for reviews (for buyers): To enable buyers to take real photos of the products they purchased and add them to their reviews.
Important Alert: Camera access is only granted after your explicit consent. The photos you take are not stored on our servers but are used only to complete the process you requested (e.g., uploading the image to your account or to the product/review list in the store). You can withdraw camera permission at any time from your device settings.
To fulfill your orders: Processing payments, executing shipping, and communicating with you regarding your orders.
To improve your experience: Personalizing content and offers based on your interests.
To communicate with you: Order notifications, exclusive offers, and responding to your inquiries.
For sellers: Enabling them to manage their stores, receive orders, and display their products.
For legal purposes: Compliance with Saudi regulations and laws.
Third: Sharing Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share it only in the following cases:
