1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Scopelux Platform as a buyer or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with:

• Return and Refund Policy

• Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role (Technical and Marketing Intermediary)

2.1 Nature of the Platform

Scopelux is an Intermediary Platform that acts as a technical and marketing intermediary between sellers and buyers only.

We do not manufacture, store, distribute, or ship the products listed on the Platform.

2.2 Contractual Relationship

• Any sales contract concluded through the Platform is a direct contract between you and the seller.

• We are not a party to the sales contract between you and the seller.

• Our role is limited to facilitating search, payment, and communication.

2.3 Your Responsibility as a Customer

You are responsible for:

• Reading the product description carefully before purchasing.

• Reading each seller’s Return Policy before completing your purchase.

• Reading the Shipping Policy and understanding delivery times and costs.

• Ensuring the product you order meets your needs.

3. Account Creation

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• You must be 18 years or older to complete purchases.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

• If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

4. Purchase and Payment Policy

4.1 Completing a Purchase

• When you purchase a product, you agree to pay the full amount including any shipping fees.

• The final price and fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

• Orders cannot be canceled after the seller has prepared them (see Return Policy for details).

4.2 Payment Methods

We provide secure electronic payment gateways including:

• Credit/debit cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard)

• Cash on delivery (for eligible products)

4.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before the seller has prepared it. After preparation, cancellation is subject to the Return and Refund Policy.

• However, we are not a party to the contract and have no authority to force any party to accept a specific resolution.

• We always recommend resolving disputes directly with the seller first.

8.1 Termination by the Platform

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable Saudi laws.

• You provide false or misleading information.

• You engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity against the Platform or sellers.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Arbitration and Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be referred to the competent judicial committees in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Prerequisite: No party may file a lawsuit without first attempting to resolve the dispute amicably through our support team.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

• We will notify you of material changes via email.

• Continued use of the Platform after amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
