1. General Provisions<\/h2>

The return and refund process on Scopelux is subject to the policy stated by each seller on their store page. This policy defines the general framework of the Platform, while each seller reserves the right to set their own policy according to their product types.<\/p>

2. Return Period<\/h2>

  • The return period is\u00a0according to each seller’s stated policy<\/strong>\u00a0on their store page on the Platform.<\/p><\/li>

  • The seller is required to clearly display their return policy before purchase completion.<\/p><\/li>

  • If no return policy is specified by the seller, the default period of\u00a07 days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of product receipt shall apply.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          If the customer and seller cannot agree on the return:<\/p>

          • Scopelux support team intervenes to mediate and resolve the dispute amicably.<\/p><\/li>

          • If no resolution is reached, either party may refer the dispute to the competent judicial committees in Riyadh.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
