Acceptance of Terms<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">By using Scopelux Platform as a buyer or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scopelux.com\/en\/return-and-exchange-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Return and Refund Policy<\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scopelux.com\/en\/shipping-delivery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shipping and Delivery Policy<\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scopelux.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. Platform Role (Technical and Marketing Intermediary)<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>2.1 Nature of the Platform<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Scopelux is an\u00a0<strong>Intermediary Platform<\/strong>\u00a0that acts as a technical and marketing intermediary between sellers and buyers only.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We\u00a0<strong>do not manufacture, store, distribute, or ship<\/strong>\u00a0the products listed on the Platform.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>2.2 Contractual Relationship<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Any sales contract concluded through the Platform is a\u00a0<strong>direct contract between you and the seller<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We are\u00a0<strong>not a party<\/strong>\u00a0to the sales contract between you and the seller.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Our role is limited to facilitating search, payment, and communication.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>2.3 Your Responsibility as a Customer<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You are responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Reading the product description carefully before purchasing.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Reading each seller&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Return Policy<\/strong>\u00a0before completing your purchase.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Reading the\u00a0<strong>Shipping Policy<\/strong>\u00a0and understanding delivery times and costs.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Ensuring the product you order meets your needs.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>3. Account Creation<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.1 Registration Requirements<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You must provide\u00a0<strong>accurate and complete<\/strong>\u00a0information when creating your account.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You must be\u00a0<strong>18 years or older<\/strong>\u00a0to complete purchases.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.2 Account Security<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>4. Purchase and Payment Policy<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>4.1 Completing a Purchase<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">When you purchase a product, you agree to pay the full amount including any shipping fees.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The final price and fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Orders cannot be canceled after the seller has prepared them (see Return Policy for details).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>4.2 Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We provide secure electronic payment gateways including:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Credit\/debit cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard)<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Cash on delivery (for eligible products)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>4.3 Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You may cancel an order before the seller has prepared it. After preparation, cancellation is subject to the\u00a0<strong>Return and Refund Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Limitation of Platform Liability (Protection for Platform &amp; Seller)<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Because Scopelux is an intermediary platform only:<\/p><div class=\"ds-scroll-area ds-scroll-area--show-on-focus-within _1210dd7 c03cafe9\"><div class=\"ds-scroll-area__gutters\"><div class=\"ds-scroll-area__horizontal-gutter\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ds-scroll-area__vertical-gutter\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><table><thead><tr><th>We Are Not Responsible For<\/th><th>Details<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Product Quality<\/strong><\/td><td>We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of any product<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Seller Delay<\/strong><\/td><td>We do not guarantee the seller&#8217;s ability to fulfill orders on time<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Disputes<\/strong><\/td><td>We are not responsible for any dispute between you and the seller<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Product Availability<\/strong><\/td><td>We do not guarantee that listed products are in stock<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Shipping<\/strong><\/td><td>See Shipping and Delivery Policy for liability details<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6.2 Limitation of Financial Liability<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>500 Saudi Riyals<\/strong>, or<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>The value of the purchased product<\/strong>, whichever is less.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6.3 Our Role in Disputes<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If a dispute arises between you and a seller:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We will strive to facilitate communication and an amicable resolution.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">However, we are\u00a0<strong>not a party to the contract<\/strong>\u00a0and have no authority to force any party to accept a specific resolution.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We always recommend resolving disputes directly with the seller first.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>7. Prohibited Conduct<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You may not use the Platform for:<\/p><div class=\"ds-scroll-area ds-scroll-area--show-on-focus-within _1210dd7 c03cafe9\"><div class=\"ds-scroll-area__gutters\"><div class=\"ds-scroll-area__horizontal-gutter\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"ds-scroll-area__vertical-gutter\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><table><thead><tr><th>Conduct<\/th><th>Details<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Illegal Activities<\/strong><\/td><td>Such as money laundering or fraud<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Harassment or Abuse<\/strong><\/td><td>Towards sellers or support team<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Fake Reviews<\/strong><\/td><td>Writing false reviews for products you did not purchase<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Hacking Attempts<\/strong><\/td><td>Attempting to disrupt the Platform or hack others&#8217; accounts<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Reselling<\/strong><\/td><td>Purchasing products from the Platform and reselling them outside without a license<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><hr \/><h2>8. Account Termination<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>8.1 Termination by the Platform<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You violate these Terms or applicable Saudi laws.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You provide false or misleading information.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity against the Platform or sellers.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>8.2 Termination by You<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.<\/p><hr \/><h2>9. Arbitration and Governing Law<\/h2><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the\u00a0<strong>Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be referred to the\u00a0<strong>competent judicial committees in Riyadh<\/strong>, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Prerequisite:<\/strong>\u00a0No party may file a lawsuit without first attempting to resolve the dispute amicably through our support team.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>10. Amendments to Terms<\/h2><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We will notify you of material changes via email.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Continued use of the Platform after amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>11.
