This policy sets out the shipping and delivery process for orders placed through the Scopelux platform. Shipping is based on the option selected by the vendor (shipping via Scopelux or self-shipping). <\/p>

3. Processing Time<\/h2>

  • The vendor must process the order within 1\u20135 business days<\/strong> from the date they receive the order notification.<\/p><\/li>

  • Delivery time starts after the vendor has processed the order.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    4. Delivery Time (for Shipping via Scopelux)<\/h2>

    • Delivery usually takes 1\u20135 business days<\/strong> after the order is processed.<\/p><\/li>

    • Remote areas may require additional time (depending on the shipping company\u2019s policy).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • You can track your shipment through:<\/p>

        • Your dashboard on the platform<\/p><\/li>

        • The shipping company\u2019s website directly using the tracking number<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          7. Receiving Your Order<\/h2>

          7.1 Before receiving<\/strong><\/p>

          • Make sure the product is in good condition before signing the delivery receipt.<\/p><\/li>

          • If there is visible damage<\/strong>, you can:<\/p>

            • Refuse to accept the product<\/p><\/li>

            • Take photos of the damage and notify us within 24 hours<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

              7.2 Not receiving<\/strong><\/p>

              If you can\u2019t receive the order at the scheduled time:<\/p>

              • The shipping company will attempt delivery again (usually 3 attempts).<\/p><\/li>

              • After the attempts fail, the order will be returned to the seller. <\/p><\/li>

              • In this case, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund. <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Responsibility for Damage During Shipping<\/h2>

                8.1 General principle<\/strong><\/p>

                • The carrier (shipping company)<\/strong> is primarily responsible for compensation if the product is damaged during transit.<\/p><\/li>

                • The shipper<\/strong> (Scopelux or the vendor, depending on the contracting party) will open a ticket with the shipping company to claim compensation.<\/p><\/li>

                • Scopelux bears no financial responsibility<\/strong> for damage caused during transit.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  8.2 Poor packaging exception<\/strong><\/p>

                  If it is proven that the damage was caused by poor packaging by the vendor<\/strong>:<\/p>

                  • The vendor bears full responsibility.<\/p><\/li>

                  • The value of the damaged product will be deducted from the vendor\u2019s dues.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    9. Order Delays<\/h2>

                    Currently, Scopelux supports shipping within Saudi Arabia only<\/strong>. International shipping is not available at this time. <\/p>
